. . . and now so are we! I just spent a little over a week in Utah. My brother Cameron returned from his mission in Taichung Taiwan. I got there a couple days before he did, and so to keep busy we went to the Thanksgiving Point Gardens. They were so beautiful and the weather was hot! I packed fall clothes, becuase North Dakota is having cooler temps, but Utah felt like summer in full swing!
Me and the boys! Phil joined us later in the week.
River and Coleman playing with the fountain!
Grammy and Teegan
For family home evening, we went up the canyon and made a movie of the Jaredites building the Tower of Babel. My sister has been making movies with her family to teach the scriptures to her boys. I have to say it was very effective.
Everyone enjoying hot dogs and pies!
On Tuesday, Cameron's plane didn't come in until 11:15 pm so we decorated the house up for him eariler that day. Mom did such a good job on the posters and balloons!
That night, we all were so anxious and excited waiting for him to get off the plane! We all had matching shirts on. I'm sure we were quite the spectacle! Here are our future missionaries (minus Teegan who was sleeping in the stroller). From L to R: Colby, Coleman, David, River, Tyson, Kage, and Gregg in the background who served in Scotland a few years back. Sorry, I cut off your head Gregg!
The sisters . . . Chelsea, Ashley, Amber, Megan, & Misty
Teegan was the only calm one!
Elder Cam meets Teegan!
We spent the next couple days together as a family. It was so fun to have the family back together again! (Except for B and Kelly who were still in Israel and Idaho for work). On Friday we had family pictures taken up in Midway. As we drove through Provo canyon, I enjoyed all the beautiful fall leaves!
We took a few snapshots after the professional photographer left.
Teegan looks kind of funny in this picture, but Chelsea looks so pretty (as always)!
Coleman found lots of fun toys while we were in Utah. Amber and Gregg brought over the wiggle bikes and Coleman loved them! (So did Phil and I!)
On Saturday, we spent the day at the Roylances and went down to Great Grandpa Roylance's for a little bit. Coleman got to ride/play on the tractor!
Coleman driving Lightning McQueen at Grammy & Grumpy's.
Being with my family this past week reminded me of how much I love them and miss them. I'm sorry this was such a long post. This is my journal, though, and I wanted to record all the fun events! Thank you everyone for a fabulous trip, and welcome home Cam!

Hey cute blog ;)!It was fantastic to see you, I was a little sad we couldn't spend more time chattin'. Hopefully some time soon. Adorable family picture, your family is growing like crazy! It so happens that Jared has a tag in S. Dakota, I think I should tag along and come visit you since that's sort of in your neck of the woods.
Hey Meg,
Such fun pictures, I can't believe how grown up Chelsea is! And you look awesome by the way. Cute babies, hugs and love!

That looked like such fun. And I am totally jealous I wish it was my brother who was coming home...I only have about 10 months left to go. But I am excited that you guys got to go to Utah, being away like this it makes the time you have with your family all the more special and I am glad you got that time. Also I hope you didn't have any problems on the plane ride like last time haha. Oh and I just love your family picture your little boys are growing up to be so handsome. And Megan again I just love your hair!
