Fun with Family

Last week, Phil had a bunch of days off of work, so we decided to go spend that time with family. It is one of the perks of living a lot closer than we used to! Anyway, we had lots of fun, and kept very busy! We spent some time at Grandma and Grandpa Roylance's. One afternoon, I looked out in the backyard, and there were six deer, munching on Grandpa's garden.

We also went bowling which was lots of fun!

While we were spending time with Grammy & Grumpy, we went to Kangaroo Zoo with my sister Amber, and her boys. Coleman LOVED playing with his cousins!

On Friday night, Grumpy took us to see the Train Show at Thanksgiving Point. Both Coleman and Teegan thought it was pretty cool to watch all the trains go around and around. There was one display that was completely built out of Legos. Pretty Cool!

We were lucky enough to hit good weather both ways. On our way home, it had snowed the day before, and as we drove through Sweetzer Pass, this is what we got to see:

Anyway, thanks to everyone who came and hung out with us! We loved every minute of it! Also, thanks for all the yummy food and Super Mario Brothers on the Wii! Love you all!

Snow, Sun, and all that Stuff in between!

So it's been awhile. Sorry. On New Year's Eve, Boise had a HUGE snowstorm, and we went out and played in the snow for awhile that night. Phil taught Coleman how to make snowballs, and showed him how to make a snowman! It turned out to be pretty big! It took all Phil and I could to lift that middle ball up there!

The very next day, the sun came out and started to melt him away! It took about 10 days for him to get this small! But we have been enjoying some wonderful weather.

On New Years Day, my parents and sister-in-law Kathryn came to visit us. Yeah for family! We had lots of fun celebrating a late Christmas and eating lots of food, playing games, and shopping! Thanks for coming, we loved every minute of it!

Last night for FHE, we went and tried out a new ice cream place here in Boise, actually it was Frozen Yogurt, but anyway . . . Phil hated it, and I LOVED it! It's called "Spoon Me". It is one of those healthy for you, healthy for the environment kind of places. Well, since we went on Monday night, the kids got free frozen yogurt, and I think they really enjoyed it too! Especially Teegan! :)


Well, that is all for now, we are headed to Utah today to go see family. Yeah! :)
