On the Road Again
Oh we just couldn't "wait to get on the road again"! In fact, 9 days after getting back from Island Park, we hopped in the car again, and made our way BACK to Utah! We spent a day up in Park City shopping at the Outlets, stocking up on school clothes for Coleman. (I can't believe I'm saying that!) And a few other goods! While we were in Carter's, Phil decided to take a load off and play blocks with the boys! After hours of shopping we ate at a really yummy place (can't remember the name, sorry!) with the best pizza and pasta. Thanks Mom for joining us, and helping with the boys!
We also spent some time with Roylance's and got to meet Andrew and Kendra's newest arrival, Kaden. He is SO ADORABLE! Kaden makes the 4th grandchild for Grandma and Grandpa, all of which are boys! Too Funny!
On Monday, we began our trip to Lake Powell with the Roylance Family. We arrived at Wahweap Marina around 8 pm, and then it was mass unloading onto the house boat. We spent the night on the boat in the marina, and can I just say that it was a very LONG night. A wind storm came through, and all the boats were bouncing back and forth in their slots. It was so loud! The next morning (after a few issues getting the ski boat and jet skis to work), we were finally on our way!
Grandpa let Coleman and Teegan help drive the boat. Coleman saw the keys, and decided to turn the house boat off. Do you know how long it takes to get a house boat turned back on and up to speed again? Yeah, we had a nice five minute stop. Thanks buddy! :) Luckily, everyone was nice enough to just laugh at my naughty child. We found an AWESOME spot this year with a really nice sandy beach. The boys spent all afternoon in the sand! What am I saying? They spent all WEEK in the sand!

Phil insisted on taking the boys down the slide. They didn't mind as much as I thought they would. But after a couple times, they were done! Oh and don't be disturbed by some of these pictures. It's like you can almost smell us, just by looking at the pictures! *On a side note, I did bathe every night, I just had to do it in the lake water!
On Friday morning, we had a visitor on the beach where the boys were playing. Yikes! It is totally different seeing a tarantula in a science lab, and seeing a tarantula in it's natural habitat. I started watching EVERYWHERE I stepped!
Friday was our last day on the boat, and can I just say I LOVE Lake Powell. It is so relaxing and filled with yummy food, fun games, and awesome people! We had a blast going on the Jet-Skis, Boat Rides, Tube Rides, building Sandcastles, making waterfalls, taking Naps, and surviving the torrential downpours and wind storms (which always seemed to hit in the middle of the night)! We all had TONS OF FUN!!! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for a fun trip! :)
On Saturday, we got up and packed up the House Boat, and shoved off towards the marina to clean up the boat. After loading our car and taking a much needed shower, we began our trip for home. I BEGGED Phil to change our route up a bit and meet my family in Fairview for a Dutch Oven dinner. I can't say it was the best idea I've ever had, but it was fun to see my parents, Amber & Gregg, and Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins that I hardly ever get to see anymore! And thanks Amber & Gregg for letting us crash your dinner, and not even help clean up. How rude of us. But it was really yummy!
On Sunday morning, we left Grammy and Grumpy's house bright and early, so we could make it back home at a decent hour. Wow! Were we ever grateful to be in our own beds?!?!
So overall, in the month of July, we had been in Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and Arizona. Those are some seriously large states to travel through. Oh and my brother-in-law pointed out that they also include states on the Northern and Southern U.S. border. Man are we glad to be out of the car!!! Now, hopefully we will finally be able to get settled in our house! :)

4th of July Weekend
We had a roller coaster ride the last week of June. We were FINALLY able to sign on our house, and move in. My parent's were kind enough to come and help us out (Thank you, Thank you!!!) We moved in on Friday, June 25, and on Sunday (June 27) the boys and I flew to Utah. It was CrAzY! But we survived! We spent the first part of the week enjoying time with family, doing a baby shower for Kathryn, and Girl's Night Out (which I already posted about!). Oh and the boys had their first sleep over (without Mom or Dad) at Grandma and Grandpa Roylance's. They had so much fun!
On Thursday, July 1st, the boys and I drove with Mom & Dad to Idaho Falls. We made lots of stops on the way, including: IHOP in North Salt Lake, Smith & Edward's, Lunch in Malad, and swimming at Soda Springs. I of course, did not take a SINGLE picture that day. Phil joined us late Thursday night, and our family trip began Friday morning. We first enjoyed the falls (in IF), and then we made our way to Bear World. It was so fun for the boys to experience it with their cousins! They were loving the petting zoo part! They also went on the rides, but they didn't enjoy them as much. (I know, my kids are funny.)
After Bear World, we made a quick stop in Rexburg for lunch, and some grocery shopping before heading up to the cabin we had rented in Island Park. It was in a pretty area, and I loved that all 24 of us were able to fit!
On Friday morning, we took family pictures. We did a Mott family picture, and then each individual family. The boys did pretty well, until it was our family's turn, and then they were HORRIBLE (hence the stupid sticks in the picture). I'm still waiting for a copy of the family picture (hint, hint) so I can post that! Thanks for the cute shirts and jackets Mom!
That afternoon, we went rafting down the river. I didn't take any pictures of that, but I wish I would have, because it was BEAUTIFUL! I was a bit ornery on the trip (Sorry Family), but I blame it on Teegan being horrible, because of lack of sleep and Coleman getting sick.
Even with Coleman not feeling well, we decided to still go and enjoy Yellowstone with the family. We hit up the regular spots, and Coleman was a real trooper through it all. Even during the hour and a half that we sat in ONE SPOT due to an accident that occurred (not serious). Yikes! After that, we couldn't get out of the park fast enough!
On Monday morning, we packed up and left the cabin. On our way home, we stopped at Mesa Falls to enjoy the sights. Phil and I hadn't been there in so long. It brought back some great college memories! We also did a quick lunch with Natalie, Jacob and Preston. Thanks guys for seeing us on such short notice!

Girl's Night Out
(So I apologize to family and friends who have already seen this, but I wanted to add it to my blog too! Oh and sorry Ash for stealing this, but you had better pictures than me!)
I basically FORCED my mom and sisters to join me in going to see "Eclipse" on opening day. And because they went with me, they got to experience it on IMAX, because that was where the best reserved seats were. We first headed to Thanksgiving Point for dinner, and then headed to the movie. Can I just say, I had so much fun! Not only did I LOVE the movie {of course!}, but I ADORED that time I had with the girls. Thanks for joining me! LOVE YOU ALL!
