. . . "in the middle of the street, our house . . ." now that I got that song stuck in your head, here are some pictures of our house! I still haven't gotten any good shots of the front, but maybe when we finish with Christmas lights I'll post a few.
Just to clarify we are RENTING this beautiful 2400 sq. ft. home (while we save up for a down payment to buy a house). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a formal dining/office, large open family room, kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a gas range. It has a covered back patio, and includes a 3 car garage. And I LOVE it! It takes about 10 minutes to get to anywhere you need to go (which really bothers Phil after only needing 10 seconds in Grand Forks), but you take what you get! We, or I mean me, are taking a LONG time to finish off the unpacking. Our office still sits with decoration and craft boxes waiting to be opened and put away. Someday it will happen! Anyway, for family and friends who have asked, I hope this helps visualize where we are living! We would love to have anyone come out and see us! We have a spare bed in the bonus room! It is already set up and ready to go!
Also, here are a few pics of our outside activities at the house. The landscaping is supposedly maintenance free, unless you have two very wild little boys like mine, then you get to sweep these stupid rocks back into the flower bed nearly EVERY DAY!
We also have attempted to put Christmas lights up. By attempted, I mean we have tried twice and still aren't finished! Oh well, the joys of living in a home!
Well that's all for now!

I am totally, 100 percent jealous of you right now. Your home is gorgeous! Ohhh that kitchen - to die for! Congrats, you guys deserve it. We miss you guys, can't wait to come see your home (maybe one day).
LOVE IT!! It's beautiful. I bet you are so loving having a home and yard...even if you do have to sweep up rocks every day. We can't wait to come up and see it!
LOVE the house! how fun!! It seriously looks awesome--hopefully we'll get to see it in person some day. :) I think we'll be out in Boise this Spring if you guys are still living there.
And I love that you are already putting up Christmas lights! I told Sky that this weekend is THE weekend for OUR Christmas lights---yeah, we'll see if that happens. :)
Very fun! It's so nice to have a house - especially a house you like! Thanks for posting pictures since I won't be able to see it in person any time soon. Good luck with everything! I miss you...I should really call. Especially since New Moon is coming out so soon for you guys and I was wondering how the rereading was going. Maybe a little later today I'll try you!
LUCKY! You deserve it though. So pretty and nice. Glad to have you back in the same time zone...maybe we can see you sometime now! Hugs!

I so have bathtub envy right now! And the stone work on the outside GORGEOUS! You are so lucky and deserve every bit of it! I hope that we will be able to meet up again sometime before Maggie and Coleman get married.
You guys should look into banks that offer home saving plans. I know HSBC does out here. You put money into an account every month for at least 10 months, and then they add a sizeable chunk in at the end. So, you have about $10,000 for closing costs and down payment. I wish I would have known before we bought. I know not every bank does it, and only in some locations. But, it's worth a look.
your house looks great! isn't it nice to be in a home?!
I'm totally waiting for a New Moon post. Come on already! I know you have one coming!!! We missed ya here. Love ya!
