Last week, Phil had a bunch of days off of work, so we decided to go spend that time with family. It is one of the perks of living a lot closer than we used to! Anyway, we had lots of fun, and kept very busy! We spent some time at Grandma and Grandpa Roylance's. One afternoon, I looked out in the backyard, and there were six deer, munching on Grandpa's garden.
Teegan growling at the deer!
We also went bowling which was lots of fun!
While we were spending time with Grammy & Grumpy, we went to Kangaroo Zoo with my sister Amber, and her boys. Coleman LOVED playing with his cousins!
On Friday night, Grumpy took us to see the Train Show at Thanksgiving Point. Both Coleman and Teegan thought it was pretty cool to watch all the trains go around and around. There was one display that was completely built out of Legos. Pretty Cool!
We were lucky enough to hit good weather both ways. On our way home, it had snowed the day before, and as we drove through Sweetzer Pass, this is what we got to see:
It was so beautiful!
Anyway, thanks to everyone who came and hung out with us! We loved every minute of it! Also, thanks for all the yummy food and Super Mario Brothers on the Wii! Love you all!

Looks like lots of fun! That would be nice to be a little closer to fam. Also- I wondering how I could get that "I belong..." temple spire gadget thing? Is there somewhere I go? Miss you guys!
i'm practicing the Mario Bro. so next time I will smoke Phil!
It was fun to see you guys and let our kids play together! They LOVED Kangaroo Zoo...and keep talking all about it. Sorry we missed seeing you before you left town - - glad you traveled in safe and gorgeous weather, and can't wait for your next visit.
Wow - so I'm jelous! It was ok for me to be living over here when you lived in ND because we saw family about equally as often...now you can make quick trips. It's a good thing I'm not too far behind you in the moving closer to family thing. Good luck with the house hunting! Looks like you had a fun time with family in Utah - but SNOW....brrrr! Why don't you and Phil come visit us on your next long weekend? I'll entertain you - there's a lot of things to see and do here!
